Q. What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Paypal*. Your card is authorized upon successful placement of your order on our site but your card is not charged until your order is shipped.*Paypal users please contact us at info@hairauthoritystore.com for assistance.
Q. What are your shipping and handling costs and how long will it take my order to arrive?
Hair Authority Store ships using FedEx and UPS. Most orders are shipped within 24 hours. First time orders and international orders require signature on delivery. Regardless of the size of your order, we use flat shipping rates as detailed below. U.S. Shipping
- Ground $6.00 / 5 – 7 business days
- Expedited $9.00 / 3 – 5 business days
- Express $15.00 / 1 – 2 business days.
Q. EXCHANGE AND REFUND
We have a very strict returns policy and product exchanges or refunds will be dealt with on a case by case basis.
Please email us on info@hairauthoritystore.com with details on your request for an exchange or refund and we will follow up.
“Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment”.
Q. CANCELLATION POLICY
You have the legal right to cancel your order if your order has not yet been processed, you may cancel your order by logging into my account or sending an email to info@hairauthoritystore.com. If your order has been processed and handed over for dispatch we will refuse cancellation as per our policy.
